"Rabbi Kleinman positively touched my entire family, but especially influenced my younger son. She beautifully officiated at his bar mitzvah, kept him engaged and interested during the rough middle school years, then virtually counseled him through the unusually scary pandemic period. Although my son had mandatory rehearsals that required him to miss most of his confirmation sessions, that did not prevent Rabbi Kleinman from continuously welcoming him with a big smile and friendly words. Despite his absences, she encouraged him to join the confirmation class on their end-of-the-year trip. which he did. She created an atmosphere of acceptance, openness, and tolerance, all which allowed my son and the other confirmands to learn together, grow together and bond through their shared Jewish experiences. As a parent, I had the utmost confidence in Rabbi Kleinman's leadership. As a congregant, I benefited from any program, service, class or celebration she led. She is kind-hearted, friendly, engaged, smart and perceptive. I highly recommend her for any life cycle event." -Lainie D.

"Rabbi Kleinman presided over my father’s funeral in the summer of 2019 after he lost his battle with cancer. My father had tried to arrange everything before he had passed, except he had not made arrangements with a rabbi. I was overwhelmed with grief and was sad by the thought of not having a Jewish service. My mother introduced me to Rabbi Kleinman. She got to work immediately and was a pleasure to work with despite the difficult time I was going through. Rabbi Kleinman was patient, thoughtful, genuine, and kind as we discussed my father’s life and legacy. The service was beautiful and my father would have been so happy to see his closest family and friends gathering to remember him and saying the Mourner’s Kaddish together. Rabbi Kleinman did not know my father personally, but she drew on our conversation and gave meaning for us in a time that felt hopeless. Rabbi Kleinman is an excellent rabbi, but above all she is a wonderful and kind person." Sasha R.
